Feared and respected, Skaltar Shadowfall is a well-known individual in @[Lawcrane](settlement:f54528ee-5262-4334-808f-6087985d3202) and on the waters of the @[Nawal Sea](location:27e67447-d049-4a2b-8081-813aedaa43dc).
While not in command of his own ship (yet), Skaltar can be found plying the seas with a variety of captains, all of whom have come to rely on him as a fierce warrior. This is especially helpful when travelling through some of the more pirate infested waters.
Skaltar is a @[Nuvolycan](species:69c25f95-6872-451a-9f4d-df780e5397a8) with feline traits, and comes from a tribe known as the @Bavebo(organization). They are proud of their Nuvolycan bloodline, and while part human, prefer to remain in their cat-like form than change back. They believe this makes them far superior warriors, and for the most part, they aren’t wrong.
