Kelcie is the contact in the Tremer Open Market that gets PCs started on Chapter 1, Part 1 – The Dead Hills. Either players will encounter her at the market on their own, or they will be sent to her by Hargus Hurryhouse. Either way, she will tell the PCs about @Fubdo(npc) who has been having problems with cattle and grain being stolen.

Chairperson of Merchants of Tremer
Wealth
Kelcie’s position as chairperson of the Merchants of Tremer does not come with much wealth, but there is a small stipend. Kelcie acts as a broker/stall manager for a number of local farms, selling their produce for a percentage of the sale. She does not have a farm herself.
She lives in a modest house in the northern part of the village, near the Tailor shop.
She is comfortable, and while not “rich”, she has no real need for anything.
