Alterations
History
When Tremer was young, the bakery was the best way for farmers to get their milled grains made into something that they could consume. As the composition and focus of the town began changing to cater to the travelers passing through, the Herrieth Bakery changed its offerings, developing higher quality breads and dessert items. The current owner Vanafindon Herrieth insists on maintaining the quality, but with no living descendants, the future of the bakery is unknown.
Architecture
The front of the building, which is the main sales area, is a wooden structure with plaster layers. The rear of the structure, where the oves are located, is stone.
